The Freedom Oaks group, 8601 South 1st St. (MCC Church) in south Austin (78748), has changed the time for their regular Sunday evening meeting to 7pm. The group is GLBT sensitive, and the meeting is designated as an open discussion (OD).
The Way Out Group, 1314 E. University Ave, @ Grace Episcopal Church in Georgetown, TX (78626) has added an open (OD) Big Book Study on Fridays at 7pm. Their regular Tuesday 7pm meeting is now a closed (CD) 12&12 Study.
The Spiritual Awakened Women group is now meeting every Saturday at 8pm at 5704 Adams Avenue (Yellow House), Austin, TX 78756. The meeting is designated as an open discussion (OD) and is targeted for women.
The South Austin Big Book Group meets every Wednesday at the Salvation Army Community Center at 1001 Cumberland in south Austin (78704). The group has designated the first Wednesday of each month to be an open speaker (OSP) meeting. All other meetings are closed discussions (CD) with all topics from the Big Book.
The Freedom From Bondage group is now meeting every Saturday at 10am in the cellar room at Genuine Joe Coffee House, 2001 West Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78757. The meeting is listed as a closed discussion (CD) and is targeted for women.
